What happened to my visceral fat that hadn\u2019t dropped for 20 years no matter how I dieted?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>However, the public body composition results showed significant decreases in weight, body fat, and visceral fat.<\/p>\n<p>SSIN also said she maintained a protein-focused diet for one year. She added, \u201cI think I need to start exercising now\u201d and \u201cI\u2019m thinking about how to maintain this progress well.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>SSIN is one of the first-generation leading beauty creators.
