Vogue Williams teased fans for months after announcing her pregnancy, sharing that she was considering ‘mad’ baby names<\/a> for her fourth child.<\/p>\n

The TV personality and her hubby, Spencer Matthews, were previously parents to Theodore, Gigi, and Otto, before welcoming another son to the world.<\/p>\n

Eventually, the couple settled on the name ‘Remy Valentine Matthews’ for their little one, but there was a whole host of unusual names considered beforehand and subsequently scrapped.<\/p>\n

Speaking on her podcast, My Therapist Ghosted Me<\/a>, with her best friend Joanne McNally, Vogue shared: ‘It was Rocky for a day, by the way! I loved it.’<\/p>\n

The mum-of-four also admitted that ‘Elvis’ was considered because she thought it suited her newborn after seeing him for the first time.<\/p>\n

‘We had no name. I was really furious about Elvis in the hospital because I was like, \u201cWell, he\u2019s come out, and he looks like Elvis, so this is awkward!\u201d I knew that we couldn\u2019t have Elvis.\u2019<\/p>\n

Vogue explained that their choice narrowed down to ‘Remy’ and ‘Rocky’, with her son being named ‘Rocky’ for the first day of his life.<\/p>\n

\u2018For the whole day I was like, \u201cNo, he\u2019s Rocky.\u201d I\u2019d set up his cot and stuff and named it Rocky; everything was Rocky.\u2019 But she made a U-turn decision the following morning.<\/p>\n

\u2018The next day, I left hospital, I woke up, and I said, \u201cThat\u2019s not Rocky. Who is that? That\u2019s not Rocky!\u201d’<\/p>\n

Vogue and Spencer left the hospital without a name for their newborn because they had a week to officially register their son.<\/p>\n

\u2018Then I was like, \u201cActually, I love Remy!\u201d, but I hated Remy two days before,\u2019 she joked.<\/p>\n

Vogue later revealed an extensive list of names she considered. At one point, she wanted to name him ‘Sonny Valentine’, but abandoned the idea after discovering there was a Hollyoaks character with the same name.<\/p>\n

Vogue also considered the name ‘Fox’, but Spencer wasn’t having any of it. She explained: ‘Then I wanted him to be called Fox, and they were like, \u201cVogue, please, it\u2019s in the same vein as Elvis, just don\u2019t do this.\u201d’<\/p>\n

Another option was ‘Ailbe’, an Irish name which Vogue ruled out because she’d been told it’s used as a girl’s name in England, where they reside.<\/p>\n

Other names she considered after finding them online included ‘Tiger’, ‘River’, ‘Buddy’, ‘Rocket’, and ‘Elvie’.<\/p>\n

\u2018Jesus, listen to these! Tiger, River, Buddy, Rocket, Elvie, what the f*** was I on?\u2019 she joked. ‘Well, I have plenty of dog names if anyone wants them!\u2019<\/p>\n

Vogue also revealed that \u2018Lucky Bear\u2019 had briefly been in the running, but Spencer quickly dismissed it. She said: ‘Spenny was like, \u201cThat\u2019s a dog\u2019s name. I\u2019m not having it.\u201d Plus it might be unlucky to call someone Lucky.’<\/p>\n
