Sterling St. in the former <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shawlocal.com\/tags\/illinois\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Illinois<\/a> American Water office, offering therapy to children, teens, adults, couples and families. <\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-xb1qmn-0 gBIiEi body-paragraph\">Adding to their office in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shawlocal.com\/tags\/ottawa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Ottawa<\/a>, along with secure telehealth, Empowering Minds helps people overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling with depression, healing from trauma, navigating relationship challenges or simply feeling stuck.
