She currently has no posts on <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/katebeckinsale\/\">Instagram<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tReps for Beckinsale did not immediately respond to Variety\u2019s request for comment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tThe actress has a history of taking to social media to air her grievances. In a since-deleted Instagram video from earlier in September, Beckinsale said that \u201cpeople have seen or experienced levels of horror, terror, violence\u201d don\u2019t \u201cjust dream about incessantly, so there\u2019s no rest. They see it when they blink. Every time they close their eyes for a second and those people aren\u2019t recognized as heroes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t\u201cGiven the fact that it\u2019s invisible and you can\u2019t know, maybe err on being on the gentler side with people, being kinder with people,\u201d she added at the time. \u201cIt really is true that if you haven\u2019t walked a mile in someone\u2019s shoes \u2014 however fancy you feel the shoes are \u2014 you have absolutely no idea what they may be carrying or masking or dealing with day and night.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tAfter her mother Judy Loe\u2019s death in July 2025 after a battle with stage IV cancer, Beckinsale discussed her struggles online.
