The other source said the pair spoke informally while their planes were being \u200brefuelled without specifying a date. Both sources, who requested anonymity to \u2060discuss sensitive matters, declined to disclose details of their conversation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">The \u200cmeeting \u200chappened \u200bas Zelenskiy was travelling to New York to take part in the annual gathering \u2060of world leaders \u200bat the United Nations. Ratcliffe \u200bwas on his way back from meeting Egyptian president Abdel \u200cFattah El-Sisi, one source \u200bsaid.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">Ratcliffe\u2019s meeting with Zelenskiy comes less than a month since \u2060the CIA director travelled \u2060to \u200bMoscow to meet Russia\u2019s top intelligence officials.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">Neither Ratcliffe nor the CIA have publicly disclosed what was discussed in Moscow.
