The \u201cHow We Roll\u201d singer, who recently announced that she is expecting her fifth child<\/a>, was spotted wearing a black sleeveless minidress paired with lofty platform heels to kick off Milan Fashion Week<\/a> in Italy on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe singer attended the \u201cVogue World\u201d event wearing the towering Saint Laurent<\/a> Kika platform sandals. The shoes stand tall on a massive 7-inch stiletto heel. The shoes are made in a glossy, liquid-shine black patent leather and feature a wide toe strap that covers most of the front of the foot, creating an open, peep-toe style.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Kira style is available with a slim and delicate ankle-strap that holds the shoe in place or in a slip-on\/mule version, which both Doja Cat<\/a> and Hailey Bieber wore to the Met Gala. Both styles feature the dramatic stiletto heel and are balanced by a substantial front platform.<\/p>\n

\n\tCiara<\/a> decorated her all-black ensemble with a gold-tone, multistrand statement necklace loaded with various dangling charms and medallions as well as stacked gold bracelets. She paired the shoes with a Norma Kamali stretch-jersey dress, which featured a gathered detail on one side of the hip. The minidress is made from soft jersey and shaped through side draping that creates a fluid silhouette. A bow detail highlights the waist and adds a delicate touch to the look.<\/p>\n
