Wesley Vissers<\/a> is 48 hours away from hitting the stage. With time running out, he met with Flex Wheeler<\/a> on September 23, who offered him key posing advice to win the 2026 Mr. Olympia.\u00a0<\/p>\n After a lackluster 2025 bodybuilding season, Vissers turned it around this year. He focused heavily on improving his leg development and fullness with a tailor-made training split<\/a>. His efforts paid off at the 2026 Arnold Classic<\/a>, where he dominated the field to secure his second title. In his next outing, Vissers was victorious at the Detroit Pro<\/a>, but he wasn\u2019t done competing.\u00a0<\/p>\n Vissers tested himself against 2025 Olympia runner-up Mike Sommerfeld<\/a> at the 2026 Arnold Classic UK<\/a>. Ultimately, Vissers pushed \u2018Mike the Badass\u2019 but came up short with silver. Despite the setback, many consider Vissers a frontrunner to take out Ramon Dino looking ahead.\u00a0<\/p>\n Flex Wheeler Shares Last-Minute Posing Advice With Wesley Vissers for 2026 Olympia\u00a0<\/p>\n In the video, Flex Wheeler told Vissers that his greatest weapon is superior conditioning. You look freaking amazing. Everything is great. It\u2019s just that one pose. Everybody doesn\u2019t have superior condition, so it doesn\u2019t make any sense for them to do all this, they can just go right into the pose. But when you all have all that extra condition, if you don\u2019t show it, then why even have it? You\u2019ve got to show all of that off. Take your time in that.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n Additionally, he urged Vissers to think of the competition as a fight and not to stop until the winner is announced.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s not arrogance, it\u2019s confidence. It\u2019s just the look of confidence. Also, it\u2019s like actors\u2026 that\u2019s not who really they are, but they act. Onstage, you have to be that person. You have to have that charisma.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s a competition. I look at it like you\u2019re in a fight. I\u2019m not going to wait for you to hit me. I\u2019m going to hit you and keep hitting you until the battle is over with. We\u2019re in a fight. When it\u2019s over with, okay, how you doing, you okay? But during it, no, no, no. You want to embarrass everyone onstage; you want to annihilate them. You want to make them look like you don\u2019t deserve to stand next to me.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n Wheeler went on to emphasize that in today\u2019s era, nice guys don\u2019t always end up on top.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cUnfortunately, if they stand next to you, then obviously, they think they can compete with you. It\u2019s not arrogance. It\u2019s a competition, man,\u201d shared Wheeler. \u201cUnfortunately, especially these days, the nice guy doesn\u2019t always win. It sucks, but that\u2019s the world we need to be in. So, be nice until it\u2019s not time to be nice.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n Though he stands out as a favorite, Vissers has remained measured with his Olympia expectations. He recently predicted who will crack the final callout.
