Australian model Sahara Ray \u2014 who was once romantically linked to Justin Bieber \u2014 has died just months after giving birth to her daughter. She was 34.<\/p>\n
Ray \u201cpassed away last night surrounded by family at the hospital,\u201d the internet personality\u2019s family told TMZ<\/a> Monday. \u201cShe was so loved.\u201d<\/p>\n The cause of death hasn\u2019t yet been revealed. I can\u2019t walk at all,\u201d she said in a TikTok video shortly after the car crash, per 7news.com.<\/a><\/p>\n Ray went on to explain she was diagnosed with Guillain-Barr\u00e9 syndrome after her body went into shock and she became extremely ill.<\/p>\n According to Mayo Clinic<\/a>, Guillain-Barr\u00e9 syndrome \u201cis a condition in which the body\u2019s immune system attacks the nerves,\u201d with symptoms that \u201ccause weakness, numbness or paralysis.\u201d It can be activated by acute trauma such as a car crash.<\/p>\n \u201cShe passed away last night surrounded by family at the hospital,\u201d her family told TMZ in a statement. Rest in peace.\u201d<\/p>\n The fashion designer\u2019s tragic passing comes after she gave birth to her daughter, Snow, in January.<\/p>\n She took to Instagram to tell followers<\/a>, \u201cWish me luck. I get induced today at 8 p.m. So excited, so nervous.\u201d<\/p>\n Ray officially introduced her newborn<\/a> in April alongside a sweet video of them cozied up together.<\/p>\n The model was mourned by friends and fans via social media.
