\n\tStella McCartney <\/a>has tapped into her lifelong passion for horses for a short film directed by Gia Coppola<\/a> and starring Kylie Jenner<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tTitled \u201cWild Horses,\u201d the film underscores the themes of the fall 2026 collection and is meant to be an ode to \u201cthe power, sensitivity and freedom of the horse\u201d and McCartney\u2019s belief that \u201cempathy for animals, innovation and desirability can coexist.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tIn the film, Jenner is seen fully immersed in water alongside a trained horse, an image meant to honor \u201cthe care, patience and mutual respect\u201d behind working with the animals.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cIt was really important to me that I worked with people who reflect the times in which we live and had the strength to carry this conversation of consciousness and kindness forward,\u201d said McCartney of her casting choices.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe designer also wanted to \u201ccelebrate women in this campaign. At Stella, we believe in dressing women, empowering women and giving them the choice of who they are through what they wear. Women are everything. Mother Earth is everything.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe film, and accompanying images, also spotlight the designer\u2019s Appaloosa bag which was inspired by the strength and spirit of Lucky Spot, McCartney\u2019s mother Linda\u2019s treasured stallion.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe campaign also aims to raise awareness around \u201cthe vulnerability of America\u2019s wild horses,\u201d continuing the brand\u2019s long-standing advocacy for the protection, dignity and freedom of animals.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe company said a donation will be made to support equine welfare charities globally, adding the American Humane Society monitored the animals during the project, and that none were harmed.<\/p>\n

\n\tBehind-the-scenes content, shot by McCartney, spotlights the colorful charms that debuted on the brand\u2019s fall 2026 runway. They will be available in December, continuing McCartney\u2019s partnership with the My Little Pony brand.<\/p>\n

\n\tMcCartney\u2019s fall 2026 show<\/a> was an ode to the horse and a majestic spectacle that took place in the arena at Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Equestrienne de Paris. \u201cI\u2019ll do anything I can to get near a horse, to be honest with you,\u201d McCartney said after the show. \u201cSo I thought I\u2019d bring them to my day job, and have equine therapy.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tDuring the show, a dozen horses, half of them white and the other black, cantered in formation and even rolled on the ground at the behest of horse artist Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Pignon, who was behind a similar display in 2023. <\/p>\n
