Wicklow, is on trial on charges under Section 4(1) and 4(3) of the Harassment, Harmful Communications and Related Offences Act 2020. <\/p>\n<p>He is accused of distributing or publishing a threatening or grossly offensive communication about an IPAS centre resident, with intent to cause harm.
