GARDA OVERTIME IS to be \u201cshortly reduced\u201d following \u201ccomplaints\u201d from the body representing rank-and-file garda\u00ed, Garda Commissioner Justin Kelly said today.<\/p>\n
Kelly\u2019s comments come following the Garda Representative Association (GRA) announcement that following a special meeting of its Central Executive Committee, it was decided that members will adopt a work-to-rule position for EU Presidency meetings from 10 November to 14 November.<\/p>\n
The decision followed a survey vote<\/a> taken by just under half of the organisation\u2019s 11,600 members.
