An Athlone woman is one of three new directors announced by RBK.<\/p>\n
Caoimhe Lawlor has been appointed Audit & Assurance Director.<\/p>\n
The move came as RBK promoted three senior team members to Director across its Tax, Outsourced Accounting and Audit & Assurance services.<\/p>\n
The other two new directors are Galwegians Laura Melia and Olivia Garrett.<\/p>\n
RBK said the new appointments recognise the experience, expertise and commitment of the three while further strengthening the firm\u2019s leadership team as it continues to grow its business and expand the services it provides to clients.<\/p>\n
Commenting on the new appointments, Joe Cleary, Managing Partner of RBK said: \u201cThese appointments are a testament to the talent, dedication and professionalism of our people and I am delighted to see Laura, Olivia and Caoimhe progress to Director level within the firm. Each brings valuable experience and expertise to their respective areas, along with a strong commitment to understanding our clients\u2019 needs and helping them achieve their objectives.<\/p>\n

The new Director appointments are:<\/p>\n
Caoimhe Lawlor \u2013 Audit & Assurance Director – Caoimhe is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Caoimhe provides audit, assurance and business advisory services to a diverse range of clients, including subsidiaries of multinational companies, membership organisations, not-for-profit organisations and SMEs. She has particular experience in membership organisation audits and in auditing subsidiaries within international group structures, working closely with clients and group auditors.<\/p>\n
Laura Melia \u2013 Tax Director – Laura is an AITI Chartered Tax Adviser with over a decade of experience. Laura advises private clients and both domestic and multinational corporates on a broad range of domestic and international tax matters, providing tailored, commercially focused advice to meet their personal and business objectives. Laura\u2019s areas of expertise include international tax planning, succession planning, and company reorganisations, helping clients navigate complex tax issues while planning effectively for the future.<\/p>\n
Olivia Garrett \u2013 Outsourced Accounting Director – Olivia is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from NUIG. With over 20 years of experience across both practice and industry, Olivia leads the delivery of outsourced accounting services to clients in Ireland and internationally. She oversees a dedicated team providing real-time accounting alongside tailored monthly and quarterly management accounts, ensuring clients remain informed, in control and well-positioned for growth.<\/p>\n
