Chad Lowe and his wife Kim Painter put their home up for sale, less than three weeks after the death of their 13-year-old daughter, Fiona.<\/p>\n
The spacious 3,239-square-foot home already has an offer from a prospective buyer for $3.249 million.<\/p>\n
According to real estate records per TMZ<\/a>, the couple has accepted the offer, but it\u2019s \u201ccontingent on certain conditions being met.\u201d<\/p>\n Chad Lowe and his wife, Kim Painter, have put their family home up for sale. BACKGRID<\/p>\n The sprawling Mar Vista home has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, vaulted ceilings, and Spanish-style architecture, and the Lowes bought it for $3.15 million in March 2025.<\/p>\n Fiona died by suicide on Sept. 29,<\/a> with her family telling Page Six they were \u201cdeeply heartbroken\u201d by the loss.<\/p>\n \u201cShe was adored by her sisters and she was deeply loved by her parents,\u201d the family continued. \u201cIn fact, she was the light of our lives. Her passing is devastating for our entire family and we ask for prayers and privacy at this time.\u201d<\/p>\n The sale comes weeks after the death of Lowe\u2019s daughter, Fiona.
