\n\tBethesda Game Studios<\/a> has officially revealed the subtitle and logo for \u201cThe Elder Scrolls 6<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe sixth edition was announced as \u201cSentinel\u201d alongside a logo reveal in a video message from longtime franchise director Todd Howard as part of Bethesda\u2019s 40th anniversary Tuesday. The game will serve as the followup to \u201cSkyrim,\u201d the 2011 installation in the role-playing franchise.<\/p>\n

\n\tSentinel is a city within the Hammerfell province on Tamriel, the continent where \u201cThe Elder Scrolls\u201d is set. Hammerfell is west of Cyrodiil, where the fourth installment \u201cOblivion\u201d (2006) took place, and southwest of \u201cSkyrim,\u201d which is still the studio\u2019s most played game.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cThe Elder Scrolls 6\u201d was first announced in 2018 during Bethesda\u2019s E3 2018 conference and entered active production in 2023 after the launch of \u201cStarfield.\u201d Howard said in 2021 that he anticipated the game could be released 15-17 years after \u201cSkyrim,\u201d potentially putting fans still a few years away from playing \u201cSentinel.\u201d<\/p>\n

\t\tUPCOMING GAMES\t<\/p>\n

\n\tAs the release of \u201cGrand Theft Auto VI\u201d looms closer, digital pre-loading is set to begin on Nov. 10.<\/p>\n

\n\tPlayers can pre-load the game on PlayStation 5 at midnight local time in respective time zones and on XBOX Series X and S at midnight GMT. The pre-load file will require up to 212 GB depending on the device, and code-in-box versions for both consoles is set to be available from retailers starting Nov. 12. Details on how to pre-load \u201cGTA 6\u201d are available on the Rockstar Support website<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tRockstar Games will also add a printable \u201cGTA 6\u201d cover art poster and map of Leonida as a free digital download to the website on Nov. 29. A double-sided physical version will later be available shortly after launch.<\/p>\n

\t\tRELEASE DATES\t<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cPetit Planet,\u201d a cozy galactic life simulation game from HoYoverse, will launch on Dec. 4.<\/p>\n

\n\tPlayers enter the game as Planet Tenders on a journey to the Starsea on the back of a spirit that listens to the wishes in people\u2019s hearts. Neighbors visit the planet to share stories, and players can explore the Islets across the Starsea or visit the Galactic Bazaar for games and auctions.<\/p>\n

\n\tHoYoverse has a series of events and rewards tied to the upcoming game launch, including a pre-registration drawing for prizes, a team event for an exclusive clothing item and more.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe game will be available for cross-platform play on PC, iOS and Android, with Nintendo Switch 2 launch in 2027.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe \u201cBorderlands\u201d franchise has crossed 100 million units sold.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cBorderlands 4\u201d released in September 2025, and Gearbox\u2019s development team is working on additional content. Over the past year, two story packs, five bounty packs, two vault hunters, two free raid boss encounters, \u201cTakedown\u201d endgame raid and more have been added.<\/p>\n

\n\tStarting Nov. 6, players will participate in The Hunt. Earlier this year, the community fundraising event raised $118,995.80 for St. Jude\u2019s Children Research Hospital. 2K Foundations and Gearbox will match every dollar donated up to the previous record amount.<\/p>\n
