In a statement shared hours before the group was set to take the stage at Little Caesars Arena, Katseye said that member Megan Skiendiel\u00a0would need time to recover from an unspecified illness. <\/p>\n \n\t\u201cWe\u2019re so sorry to share that tonight\u2019s show at Little Caesars Arena has been postponed due to illness,\u201d read the group\u2019s post on Instagram Stories. \u201cUnfortunately, Megan is unwell and unable to perform tonight, and we want to make sure she has the time she needs to rest and recover.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tKatseye addressed fans, many who had traveled out of state for the event, in their update. \u201cWe know so many of you have traveled, made plans, and been looking forward to tonight. We are incredibly disappointed that we won\u2019t get to see you, and we\u2019re truly sorry for the inconvenience,\u201d said the group. \u201cThank you for your patience, understanding, and for always showing us so much love. Two of the six members are currently on hiatus. In August, six months after Katseye\u2019s Manon Bannerman announced she was taking a\u00a0break for mental health reasons<\/a>, Sophia Laforteza revealed she would be temporarily stepping away to focus on her mental health<\/a>. While Laforteza is set to rejoin the group in January<\/a>, no official date has been announced for Bannerman\u2019s return.
