Xiaomi uses a round 1.32-inch OLED display with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels and an impressive brightness of 3,000 nits. In addition to heart rate and SpO2 sensors, the smartwatch also has a skin temperature sensor, which is used for sleep, stress, and cycle tracking, among other things. Like its larger sibling, the Xiaomi Watch S5 41 mm is expected to feature an integrated GPS module and an NFC chip for contactless payments. <\/p>\n
The stainless steel case, which is water-resistant to 5 ATM, will reportedly be available in either silver or black, with the included sports strap coming in blue or black depending on the variant. The watch supports Bluetooth 5.4 and Wi-Fi 6. The Xiaomi Watch S series runs HyperOS rather than Wear OS, offering a smaller selection of apps but also achieving longer battery life.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Xiaomi uses a round 1.32-inch OLED display with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels and an impressive…\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":675495,"comment_status":"","ping_status":"","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[17],"tags":[286109,265345,265344,569,308,203,570,61,1540,60,562,1536,568,561,571,567,563,564,1537,1535,1538,80,566,565,157514],"class_list":["post-675494","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-gadgets","tag-41-millimeters","tag-41-mm","tag-41mm","tag-benchmarks","tag-design","tag-gadgets","tag-graphics-card","tag-ie","tag-images","tag-ireland","tag-laptop","tag-leak","tag-netbook","tag-notebook","tag-processor","tag-reports","tag-review","tag-reviews","tag-rumor","tag-smartwatch","tag-specs","tag-technology","tag-test","tag-tests","tag-xiaomi-watch-s5"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/675494","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/2"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=675494"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/675494\/revisions"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/675495"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=675494"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=675494"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=675494"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
