Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and it might be time to consider giving your gut a little reboot before the real feasting begins. Some shoppers seem to have stumbled upon a solution — but not without a few side effects.

The product in question is Seed’s 14-Day Reset, which retails for $25 on Amazon and features 24 clinically and scientifically studied probiotic strains in a plant-based prebiotic outer capsule. According to the brand, the capsules are designed to support healthy gut function by reinforcing the gut barrier.

However, the supplement comes with a warning. Some users may experience “temporary gastrointestinal changes” as their body adjusts to the formula. Generally, the effects ease over time.

“After years of gut instability and near-liquid passing, I decided to give this a try,” one shopper shared. “Yes, it caused intense pressure and cramping in the left lower abdomen. It does note this on the packaging as well. But it changed my life!”

They went on to explain that the cramping eventually stopped, and they’ve now been “solid and regular” for about three months.

“I can go out to eat without stopping mid-meal to use the restroom. This might not be for the faint of heart but it absolutely worked,” they concluded.

Beyond regularity, other reviewers have noted that it has helped reduce bloating, while some even claim to have lost a few pounds since using it.

“Could be a coincidence but after a few days of taking this I lost 1-2 lbs and I’ve been tracking my weight all the time, so its surprising it hasn’t gone back up (water weight). My digestion seems better and overall I think my gut bacteria is getting better,” another user shared.

The brand suggests starting with two capsules daily for two weeks. If symptoms become severe, you can reduce the dosage to one capsule per day.

DS-01 Gut Reset is third-party tested for quality and safety. As with any supplement, be sure to consult a physiciain prioir to use — especially if you have any preexisting health conditions.
