{"id":71657,"date":"2025-10-10T12:15:07","date_gmt":"2025-10-10T12:15:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/71657\/"},"modified":"2025-10-10T12:15:07","modified_gmt":"2025-10-10T12:15:07","slug":"limerick-woman-facing-arrest-amid-major-health-hazard-in-her-own-back-garden","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/71657\/","title":{"rendered":"Limerick woman facing arrest amid major \u2018health hazard\u2019 in her own back garden"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A LIMERICK woman is facing arrest after creating a \u201chealth hazard\u201d by illegally dumping a large amount of waste and rubbish in her own back garden.<\/p>\n<p>A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Megan Browne of Hyde Road, Ballinacurra Weston after she failed to appear before <a href=\"https:\/\/www.limerickleader.ie\/section\/463\/crime-court\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Limerick District Court<\/a> last Friday.<\/p>\n<p>She is being prosecuted by the local authority under the Waste Management Act 1996.
