Speaking with Harper’s Bazaar<\/a> in a profile published earlier this month, the Emmy and SAG Award-winning actress revealed she dreams of bring on Broadway one day.<\/p>\n “I haven\u2019t done theatre yet because it terrifies me,” Aniston, 56, said. “But it\u2019s the one thing I haven\u2019t tried besides make an album, which I doubt I\u2019ll do!”<\/p>\n She went on to explain that she grew up in New York and “loved going to the theatre” as a child. “I think it’d be fun,” she said.<\/p>\n Should Aniston stage, she’d join a group of Hollywood A-listers who have made their Broadway debuts in recent years, including George Clooney<\/a>, Robert Downey, Jr.<\/a>, Sarah Snook<\/a>, Shailene Woodley<\/a>\u00a0and Keanu Reeves<\/a>.<\/p>\n Apple TV+<\/p>\n Jennifer Aniston on ‘The Morning Show’<\/p>\n Never miss a story \u2014 sign up for PEOPLE’s free daily newsletter<\/a> to stay up-to-date on the best of what PEOPLE has to offer\u200b\u200b, from celebrity news to compelling human interest stories.<\/p>\n Of course, finding time for a run on Broadway, even a limited one, might be difficult for Aniston.<\/p>\n As Harper’s Bazaar<\/a> noted, The Morning Show star keeps plenty on her plate \u2014 from running her haircare line LolaVie and serving as chief creative officer for Vital Proteins to prepping for her next TV project, Apple TV+\u2019s I\u2019m Glad My Mom Died, based on Jennette McCurdy\u2019s hit memoir.<\/p>\n She and her Echo Films producing partner Kristin Hahn also have a new project in the works, loosely inspired by their early years breaking into the business.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, Aniston isn’t the only actress who has spoken recently about their desire to do live theater. Jennifer Lopez<\/a>, amid her press tour for the film adaptation of Kiss of the Spider Woman, has talked about wanting to perform on Broadway one day. And Mandy Moore, earlir this month, told PEOPLE the same thing.<\/p>\n “One day doing\u00a0Broadway<\/a>, doing theater, is sort of what remains on a pedestal for me,” Moore admitted, while discussing her partnership with anti-RSV medication\u00a0Beyfortus<\/a>. “It terrifies me, but also the idea of it thrills me more than anything. So one day, hopefully, that will come to fruition. We’ll see.”<\/p>\n When it comes to the subject matter she’d want to pursue on Broadway, Off-Broadway or elsewhere, Moore said she isn’t picky. “I think I’m pretty open to when the timing is right and the right project sort of presenting itself,” the This Is Us actress said. “Maybe it’s something original, maybe it’s a revival of something.
