Photo: PA<\/p>\n<p class=\"indo-ebe0ecc6_root indo-ebe0ecc6_paragraph indo-300db776_none indo-91174671_primary indo-1d70522a_marginbottom0 indo-1d70522a_margintop0 indo-b48c4984_inherit\" style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">Skoda has unveiled the fastest production variant of its Fabia supermini with the new 130.<\/p>\n<p class=\"indo-ebe0ecc6_root indo-ebe0ecc6_paragraph indo-300db776_none indo-91174671_primary indo-1d70522a_marginbottom5 indo-1d70522a_margintop0 indo-b48c4984_inherit\" style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">The Fabia 130 has been developed to celebrate Skoda\u2019s 130th birthday, with the little pocket rocket featuring a new engine as well as exterior and interior upgrades.<\/p>\n<p class=\"indo-ebe0ecc6_root indo-ebe0ecc6_paragraph indo-300db776_none indo-91174671_primary indo-1d70522a_marginbottom5 indo-1d70522a_margintop0 indo-b48c4984_inherit\" style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">Under the bonnet, there is a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine that develops 174bhp and 250Nm of torque, which is 26bhp more than the standard model.<\/p>\n<p class=\"indo-ebe0ecc6_root indo-ebe0ecc6_paragraph indo-300db776_none indo-91174671_primary indo-1d70522a_marginbottom5 indo-1d70522a_margintop0 indo-b48c4984_inherit\" style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">In terms of acceleration, the car can do 0-100kmh in 7.2 seconds and will reach a top speed of 228kmh.<\/p>\n<p class=\"indo-ebe0ecc6_root indo-ebe0ecc6_paragraph indo-300db776_none indo-91174671_primary indo-1d70522a_marginbottom5 indo-1d70522a_margintop0 indo-b48c4984_inherit\" style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">The upgraded exterior sees the suspension lowered by 15mm, while you get 18-inch alloy wheels, black front and rear spoilers, \u201c130\u201d badges on the wings and tailgate, black-\u00adtinted headlights and a rear horizontal black strip with twin exhausts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"indo-ebe0ecc6_root indo-ebe0ecc6_paragraph indo-300db776_none indo-91174671_primary indo-1d70522a_marginbottom5 indo-1d70522a_margintop0 indo-b48c4984_inherit\" style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">Inside, there are electrically adjustable sports seats, a three-spoke steering wheel, stainless-steel pedals, bespoke \u201cFabia 130\u201d door sills, a 10-inch virtual cockpit display and a 9.2-inch infotainment system.<\/p>\n<p class=\"indo-ebe0ecc6_root indo-ebe0ecc6_paragraph indo-300db776_none indo-91174671_primary indo-1d70522a_marginbottom5 indo-1d70522a_margintop0 indo-b48c4984_inherit\" style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">Prices closer to launch in 2026.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Carmaker is celebrating 130th birthday Skoda Fabia 130.
