Keep Nikki Exotika<\/a> in your thoughts. The 90 Day Fianc\u00e9<\/a> alum recently underwent breast reconstruction surgery, and it seems like things took an unexpected turn. One of her friends took over her Instagram yesterday to share the scary health update. They\u2019re asking for prayers as Nikki fights through her recovery.<\/p>\n

On Instagram, the 90 Day Fianc\u00e9 Season 10<\/a> star has been sharing details with her followers about an ongoing struggle with her breast implants. She uploaded a video on August 13 explaining that she needed to have \u201ca barrage of surgeries\u201d after a 2019 procedure left her with a serious infection and scar tissue around her breast implant<\/a>. At the time, she said her doctors had a plan for scar tissue removal, fat grafting, and new implants<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Nikki went under the knife for the procedure, but a post on her Instagram revealed major complications. Her friend Mike wrote that Nikki wasn\u2019t doing well after a \u201cvery complicated surgery\u201d led to \u201cexcessive bleeding.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe only explanation I received was that her blood was very thin which caused her excessive bleeding during surgery and blood pressure keeps dropping to a concerning level to be kept overnight under analysis,\u201d Mike explained in an Instagram Story, per a report from People<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The update continued, \u201cShe admitted to me she took Advil a few days before for her headaches which contains NSAID, she\u2019s very weak. She refused a blood transfusion. Her family and I are very worried. Right now we are just praying she will pull through.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hours later, Mike shared another update to Nikki\u2019s Instagram Story to let fans know that her condition had improved. The doctors gave her blood pressure medication<\/a>, and that seemed to help get her into a stable condition. Today, Nikki posted on her Instagram Story that she\u2019s back at home. Things are looking up, but there\u2019s still a long way to go for her recovery.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m very weak and in a lot of pain,\u201d Nikki wrote in a post, thanking fans for their support. \u201cI\u2019m still draining a lot of blood after my breast reconstruction surgery.\u201d<\/p>\n
