It\u2019s all laughs on Saturday Night Live<\/a>, but the season 51 cast members are serious when it comes to their love lives.<\/p>\n

For \u201cWeekend Update\u201d anchor Colin Jost<\/a>, his relationship with Scarlett Johansson<\/a> gave him a sense of security and direction. In his June 2020 memoir, A Very Punchable Face, he wrote about how the Avengers star changed his life, from his self-assuredness to his future aspirations.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve met someone I love and who I feel more comfortable with than I ever have before. I feel more confident committing to what I\u2019m working on and standing by whatever I create, regardless of whether people like it or not,\u201d Jost penned.<\/p>\n

James Austin Johnson<\/a>\u2019s wife, Rebekah Lain, is also a grounding presence in his life. \u201c@rebabka is the person who makes my life worth living,\u201d he wrote on Instagram<\/a> in October 2021. \u201cShe has literally the best heart of any person I’ve ever encountered, and is so rock solid as a partner and wife that just looking at pictures of her calms me down and makes me feel at home.”<\/p>\n

Joining the double-digit club of SNL cast members, season 51 marks Mikey Day<\/a>\u2019s tenth season with the production. The comedian has been with his wife, Paula Christensen<\/a>, even longer than his tenure at Studio 8H.<\/p>\n

Though they tend to keep their relationship out of the spotlight, the actress shared a throwback photo of herself and Day kissing in 2012 for his birthday in March 2022.<\/p>\n

\u201cStill feel this way about you @mikeyfuntime,\u201d Christensen wrote on Instagram<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The couple eloped on Christmas Eve in 2024 after 14 years together, and welcomed a son years before the milestone.<\/p>\n

Michael Che<\/a> returns to SNL for his twelfth season of hosting the \u201cWeekend Update\u201d alongside Jost. The TV personality doesn’t appear to be romantically linked to anyone.<\/p>\n

During a May 2021 appearance on The Howard Stern Show<\/a>, the comedian said he has no interest in dating a famous person and would \u201cmuch rather meet someone normal.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe sexiest thing a woman can ask me is ‘So, what do you do?’ That is beautiful. I just want a nice, boring librarian. Nobody famous,” Che added.<\/p>\n

Season 51 marks Colin Jost\u2019s 12th season hosting the \u201cWeekend Update\u201d segment on Saturday Night Live \u2014 the same place he met his wife, Scarlett Johansson, in 2006.<\/p>\n

The couple began dating in 2017 and got engaged about two years later. The SNL writer and Marvel star tied the knot in 2020, and they welcomed their son, Cosmo<\/a>, the following year.<\/p>\n

Johansson also shares a daughter, Rose, with her ex-husband Romain Dauriac. In July 2024, Jost told The New York Times<\/a> that he enjoyed seeing the Black Widow actress parent her then-toddler.<\/p>\n

“I think part of the reason I fell in love with her is she\u2019s a great mom<\/a>,\u201d he said. “I\u2019ve known Rose, my stepdaughter, since she was 2. It\u2019s weird. You get to actually preview someone as a mom.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe were friends for a year and a half before we started dating,\u201d Chase shared. \u201cIt was like, \u2018Do we risk it all?\u2019 Which was scary because we had a great friendship going.\u201d<\/p>\n

Slowikowska added, \u201cIt was terrifying. But there was so much tension that we had to make a decision. And then, yeah, we got drunk on tequila and kissed.\u201d<\/p>\n
