Three Carlow<\/a> hurlers have been named on the Ireland team to face Scotland in the International Rules SERIES Shinty game this weekend.<\/p>\n

The Irish camogie and hurling squads will take on their Scottish shinty counterparts at Bught Park with the Camogie-Shinty match throwing-in at 12 noon, and the Hurling-Shinty game getting underway at 2:10pm in Inverness in Scotland on Saturday, October 25.<\/p>\n

James Doyle, Marty Kavanagh and Kevin McDonald will represent Carlow on the team. The men\u2019s team will be joint managed by Terence McNaughton and Michael Kavanagh and captained by Limerick\u2019s Dan Morrissey.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the women\u2019s team will be managed by Ger Manley and captained by Cork\u2019s Saoirse McCarthy.<\/p>\n

The double-header will be broadcast live on the BBC Alba YouTube channel and available at gaa.ie\/shinty.<\/p>\n
