50 Cent says he wouldn\u2019t turn down an invite to Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce\u2019s wedding.<\/p>\n
The rapper shared in a new interview that he\u2019d \u201cmake his way over there\u201d if invited, adding that he\u2019s also a fan of Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs.<\/p>\n
The rapper\u2019s comments come after Swift mentioned 50 Cent on her latest album The Life of a Showgirl. On the track \u201cRuin the Friendship,\u201d Swift references one of his songs in a nostalgic lyric that fans believe captures a moment from her past. \u201cAnd it was not an invitation \/ But as the 50 Cent song played \/ Should\u2019ve kissed you anyway,\u201d she sings.<\/p>\n
After the album\u2019s release on October 3, 50 Cent took to Instagram to celebrate being the only artist name-checked on the project. \u201cTHIS IS FOR BIG TIMERS ONLY!\u201d he wrote, sharing the album\u2019s artwork.<\/p>\n
Speaking with ExtraTV, the Candy Shop rapper reflected on the moment he learned about the shoutout, saying he thought it was \u201ccool\u201d because it captured a specific cultural moment. \u201cThe shoutout is the shoutout, but what she was making reference to was the period that no one was more prominent in music at that point,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n
