Kristin Cabot, the woman who was infamously caught on camera at a Coldplay concert with her boss, requested that the information about her divorce proceedings remain private — and her husband agreed.
The tech company executive filed for divorce on Aug. 13, about a month after she was seen in the arms of then-Astronomer CEO Andy Byron at the event in Foxboro, Mass. Kristin, 52, also submitted an expedited motion to seal the divorce petition and proceedings, according to New Hampshire court documents obtained by PEOPLE.
Her husband responded on Aug. 14.
According to the court filings, Andrew, the 61-year-old CEO of Privateer Rum who has two children from a previous relationship, assented to the request in order to “provide this family and the children with as much protection and privacy, as allowed by New Hampshire law.”
The divorce petition has been sealed and a scheduling conference is set for Nov. 26, according to court records.
Kristin was working as Astronomer’s chief people officer when she and Byron were caught on camera at the Coldplay show.
She quickly turned her back and he ducked out of sight, which led frontman Chris Martin to joke that “either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy.” Then the video went viral, spawning memes, speculation and think pieces on the nature of privacy in a digital age.
Neither Kristin nor Byron, who is also reportedly married, has publicly addressed the nature of their relationship and they both subsequently left the company.
Earlier this week, a spokesperson for Andrew told PEOPLE that he and Kristin “were privately and amicably separated several weeks before the Coldplay concert.”
“Their decision to divorce was already underway prior to that evening,” the spokeswoman added. “Now that the divorce filing is public, Andrew hopes this provides respectful closure to speculation and allows his family the privacy they’ve always valued.”

“No further public comment will be made,” the spokeswoman said.
Neither Kristin nor Byron has responded to PEOPLE’s multiple requests for comment.
