YouTube TV appears to have offered a $60 credit on accounts of some users following the platform’s contract dispute with Disney.

On Oct. 30, YouTube TV pulled over 20 Disney-owned channels, including ABC and ESPN, from its lineup as the companies failed to reach a contract agreement.

In the meantime, YouTube TV said it will offer subscribers a $20 credit if Disney’s content is unavailable for “an extended period of time.”

YouTube TV spokesperson Jess Gibby told USA TODAY that any new credits on subscribers’ accounts “are not related to the Disney dispute.”

“These are for subscribers who previously cancelled or paused their subscriptions. The $20 credit has not yet been issued,” Gibby said.

Reports of account credits appeared on Reddit but not every YouTube TV user has received it.

Some YouTube TV subscribers have discovered an offer for a $10 credit toward their monthly subscription.

To check if you have the offer, log in to your YouTube TV account on desktop, go to ‘Settings,’ select ‘Membership’ and then ‘Manage Plan.’ If you are eligible, a message will appear that says ‘Redeem your offer.

Only users who have previously canceled or paused their subscription will see the message in their account.

YouTube TV has yet to issue the $20 credit it said it would offer subscribers if Disney content continues to be unavailable. The company told USA TODAY it will alert subscribers when the offer is available.

The dispute between the two companies emerged when YouTube TV said Disney proposed “costly economic terms that would raise prices on YouTube TV customers and give our customers fewer choices.”

In its defense, Disney said YouTube TV parent company Google “is using its market dominance to eliminate competition and undercut the industry-standard terms we’ve successfully negotiated with every other distributor,” according to USA TODAY.
