Revolut Ltd., Europe’s largest digital bank, is set to open a local branch next year in Stockholm as part of its push into the Nordic market where the London fintech giant will take on local favorite Klarna Group Plc.
Headed by billionaire Nik Storonsky, Revolut now counts about 2 million customers in the Nordics, with Sweden accounting for half of that number. The target for the region is 3 million by the end of 2026, Chief Growth Officer Antoine Le Nel said in an interview.
