The morning started with a fiery confrontation between Kola and Imisi. Kola confronted her about what happened last night when he called her a “fool” while she was drunk. Imisi, still upset, didn’t want to talk to him, but Kola insisted on clearing the air.
He told her he would give her his alcohol if she behaved and controlled her anger. He added that everyone comes to him to talk about Imisi and that his name is always associated with hers. Imisi admitted that she appreciated and cared for Kola and that there were a lot of situations where she had kept quiet.
She then told him that the fight with Thelma Lawson over drinks at the party seemed like a power tussle, that Thelma Lawson was flexing power that was fickle.
Isabella, who was also in the room with Imisi and Kola, chimed in, supporting Imisi and aired her own grievances. She told Kola that Bright Morgan had taken drinks from the Head of House, but that the same courtesy was not extended to her and Imisi. She also had a mini argument with Kola, saying he didn’t understand her and that she was not going to talk to Sultana anymore because Sultana betrayed their initial plan and had said some things about her (Isabella).
As the housemates prepared for their wager presentation, a new conflict erupted. Faith got into a heated argument with Dede after finding out that she didn’t write her personal story for the Wager. Faith was frustrated and said that if the idea was so important to her, she would have sat down and written the story herself. Joanna also got involved, trying to explain Dede’s point of view to Faith and Jason Jae, but the two housemates were not interested.
Jason Jae said that if Dede had a problem, she should have brought it up yesterday and not on the day of the performance. He added that everyone had worked so hard on the Wager and that it was a selfish statement for Dede to make.
After a lot of shouting and talking, Joanna and Faith finally had a moment to themselves to clear the air. Joanna said that she didn’t want to talk because Faith was shouting, but eventually, she was able to explain Dede’s side of the story.
The two were able to resolve their differences and were finally on good terms. With the drama behind them, all the housemates went back to their final rehearsals, with the hopes of winning the wager.
May the best team win.
