Having spent the past few weeks drip-feeding us pairs of shimmering, world-building tracks, Magdalena Bay have now done us all a favour and packaged them together in one fantastical new project, ‘Nice Day: A Collection Of Singles’.
Their latest release features the duo’s trio of recent double singles – ‘Second Sleep’ and ‘Star Eyes’; ‘Human Happens’ and ‘Paint Me A Picture’; and ‘Unoriginal’ and ‘Black-Eyed Susan Climb’ – as well as two more new cuts, ‘This Is The World (I Made It For You)’ and ‘Nice Day’.
The compilation acts as the conceptual and spiritual successor to Magdalena Bay’s 2024 LP ‘Imaginal Disk’, and lands ahead of the band’s Spring 2026 UK/EU headline tour.
