Heidi Gardner is leaving “Saturday Night Live” after eight seasons, according to Variety.

“Saturday Night Live” will air its sixth episode of Season 51 this weekend with a first-time host set to emcee the long-time NBC comedy show.
Actor Glen Powell, who starred in “Twisters” and “Anyone But You,” will make his debut joining the show’s cast live from New York.
Powell, who appeared in a cameo during Actress Sydney Sweeney’s hosting debut in Season 49, also stars in “The Running Man”, set to hit theaters on Friday, Nov. 14. He also played the lead character, a hot-shot cancelled college quarterback, in the Hulu sports comedy, “Chad Powers.”
