Late Checkout is expanding its partnership with the Ritz-Carlton by adding accessories, loungewear, childrenswear and home pieces to its cobranded collection.

The first capsule between the Madrid-based men’s label and the luxury hotel chain launched last September and included nine pieces of everyday essentials such as jackets and joggers.

Late Checkout, founded in 2019 by Anton Alvarez and Alex Turrion, has become known for its streetwear-skewed designs inspired by jet-set life and hotel stays.

Highlights of the new collection include lightweight knits with the Ritz-Carlton’s lion logo and embroidered velvet Sukijan jackets. The loungewear offering features shawl-collar dressing gowns inspired by tuxedos as well as cotton pajama sets. The kidswear includes rugby polos, cotton Ts and caps. There are also home pieces such as throws and umbrellas. The color palette for the collection is navy, ivory and light blue.

“This next chapter deepens our shared story with Late Checkout,” said Jamie Kerr, global head of brand and marketing for the Ritz-Carlton. “The Ritz-Carlton has grown to meet travelers across every journey: whether on safari, at sea, in nature, or in our city and resort hotels; this collection now touches more facets of that lifestyle. With family pieces and travel-ready accessories, it reflects our natural evolution as a brand, while keeping the wit and craftsmanship that made people embrace the collaboration from the start.”

“Working with The Ritz-Carlton a second time gave us the chance to take the story further,” said Alex Turrión, creative director of Late Checkout. “This chapter feels larger in every sense: more cinematic, more layered, and more personal.”

For the second time, the launch will be accompanied by a film directed by Rogelio González and produced by Little Spain that stars Josh Hutcherson. Still images were shot by Javier Ruiz at the Ritz-Carlton Nikko in Japan. The first campaign won the duo a Gold Cannes Lion award, the first for a luxury hospitality chain.

There will also be a pop-up 7 Spring Street in New York on Thursday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., followed by an invite-only launch event with Hutcherson.
