Kate Gosselin is honoring her little “miracles.”

In a TikTok shared on Monday, Nov. 17, in honor of World Prematurity Day, the Jon & Kate Plus 8 star, 50, shared pictures of all eight of her children from when they were babies. In the caption of the post, which was set to Madison Malone and Kevin Kuh’s “I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing,” Kate shared that she’ll “never forget what miracles” her children, who were all born premature, are.

“So thankful for all the prayers, the doctors and nurses and all other medical personnel that helped all 8 of my premature babies survive and thrive!” Gosselin captioned her post. “I never forget what miracles they all are ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️#worldprematurityday2025.”

Kate shares her children with ex-husband Jon Gosselin. They first became parents in October 2000 when they welcomed twin girls, Mady and Cara, 25. Four years later, they expanded their household with the arrival of sextuplets: Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah and Joel, 21.

The former reality TV star has called herself a “very protective parent,” but has also said she looked forward to taking on a different role.

“I did my uptight parenting thing,” she told PEOPLE in August 2016. “I can’t wait to be the grandparent who is older and wiser, and who is able to swoop in and out, and offer advice and be more laid-back.”

She recently revealed in a TikTok posted on Wednesday, Oct. 22, that her Thanksgiving holiday will be different this year with her children away at school.

“I just asked him what he wanted to do for Thanksgiving,” she said in the clip, seemingly referring to her boyfriend, Steve. “Some of the kids have plans, we’re far away from home, don’t forget.”

“So we invited some of the kids and they don’t have enough time off for Thanksgiving to come here and then get home back to college,” she added. “It’s just gonna be me and him, I guess.”

Back in May, Kate shared an Instagram post celebrating her sextuplets’ 21st birthdays.

“And just like that, they turned 21! Happy Birthday to my 6! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ #GosselinSextuplets,” Kate wrote in the caption. She shared photos of her with four of her children, daughters Alexis and Leah and sons Joel and Aaden, toasting each other around a table at a restaurant.

Other snaps included in the post showed the group clinking glasses again around the table, Alexis and Leah in a joint selfie at the restaurant and a chocolate birthday cake for the siblings with “21st birthday” decorated over the top in colorful gummies.
