A new chapter awaits Carlow business, Netwatch, after it has agreed to be acquired by GI Partners.
Founded by David Walsh and Niall Kelly in 2003, the company grew from a single local customer into a global organisation serving hundreds of thousands of customers across four continents.
GI Partners has agreed to acquire Netwatch, citing its strong reputation and plans to support future growth through AI, strategic investment, and closer customer partnerships.
Netwatch will continue to operate independently within GI Partners’ portfolio, with the transaction expected to close in Q1 next year, subject to regulatory approvals.
