EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. – SIUE wrestling heads to Evanston, Illinois, for the two-day Ken Kraft Midlands Championship, which begins Monday.

SIUE Head Coach Jeremy Spates will have wrestlers competing in every weight class at the prestigious annual event.

The field for the event annually features some of the nation’s top programs. The list of teams joining SIUE includes Bloomsburg, Bucknell, Buffalo, Cal Poly, Central Michigan, Chattanooga, No. 20 Cornell, Edinboro, Franklin & Marshall, George Mason, Harvard, Hofstra, No. 10 Illinois, No. 25 Indiana, No. 3 Iowa State, Kent State, LIU, Maryland, No. 12 Michigan, Michigan State, No. 13 North Carolina, No. 9 North Carolina State, Northern Illinois, Northwestern, No. 2 Ohio State, Ohio, No. 23 Oregon State, No. 14 Pittsburgh, Presbyterian, RIT, No. 24 Stanford, Virginia and No. 7 Virginia Tech.
