Villanova’s Brynn McCurry had game-highs in points (18), rebounds (7) and assists (7). Kelsey Joens scored 14 points on 4-for-5 shooting from the field, 2-for-2 from beyond the arc and 4-for-4 from the line. Kennedy Henry finished with 11 points, three boards, six assists, a pair of steals, and one block. Ryanne Allen rounded out the double-digit scorers for the Wildcats with 10 points. Kate Novik recorded a team-best 14 points to go with six rebounds and two steals for the Blue Demons. Gina Davorija scored a career-high 10 points on .500 shooting. DePaul was held scoreless for eight minutes in the third quarter while Villanova extended its lead to 62-30 going into the fourth quarter.

St. John’s had five players score double figures – Beautiful Waheed (14), Brooke Moore (13), Jailah Donald (12), Shaulana Wagner (11), and Daniela Abies (11). Wagner added a game-high nine assists. Skylar Forbes paced Marquette with 16 points while Halle Vice recorded her second straight double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds. Jaidynn Mason chipped in 14 points, four assists and two steals. In the final minutes, St. John’s held Marquette to 1-of-7 shooting down the stretch. Waheed and Donald hit back-to-back free throws in the final 25 seconds to seal the win. The game saw six ties and seven lead changes.
