Kate Middleton and Prince William uploaded a new Instagram carousel on Tuesday, December 30.
“Some unseen favourites from 2025 📸✨,” they wrote in the caption.
Their slideshow included pictures of the royal couple celebrating the 80th anniversary of VE Day in May, among other snapshots.
Kate Middleton and Prince William are looking back on this year by sharing never-before-seen photos from their royal engagements over the past 12 months.
“Some unseen favourites from 2025 📸✨,” they captioned a new Instagram carousel uploaded today.
Their slideshow included pictures of the royal couple celebrating the 80th anniversary of VE Day in May, as well as William with his dad, King Charles III, and his aunt, Princess Anne, at Trooping the Colour in June.
Princess Charlotte took two different style cues from her mom the family’s annual Christmas lunch, which was hosted by King Charles at Buckingham Palace a couple of weeks ago. She and Middleton were photographed en route wearing festive shades of red.
The Princess of Wales rewore an Alessandra Rich number featuring a keyhole cutout, polka dots, and a petal print. Her silk frock also comes with padded shoulders. She last wore it in 2019 for her appearance in the BBC’s A Royal Berry Christmas.

Charlotte, meanwhile, opted for a darker hue, selecting a burgundy look with velvet trim. She accessorized with a hair bow in the same shade, matching Middleton’s black Miu Miu ribbon. Both of them had their brunette tresses styled in half-updos.
A little over a week prior, Middleton and her family stepped out for her annual “Together at Christmas” carol service at London’s Westminster Abbey, where the Princess of Wales accessorized with nearly $20,000 worth of diamonds.
Set in 14kt white gold, the Robinson Pelham design ($16,010) can be worn three different ways: as studs, drop earrings, or with the drop attachment styled behind the ear. Middleton sported them with a chic black-and-white gown at the premiere of Top Gun: Maverick in 2022, which she attended alongside her husband.
