This monumental achievement places it third among Indian films in the region. With a phenomenal collection of Rs 723. With a total collection of USD 17.52 million, the film has emerged as the highest-grossing Hindi film of all time in the North American circuit, surpassing Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan, which previously held the record with USD17.49 million. The film has also climbed up the ladder to the third spot as the highest grossing Indian film of all time in North America with only two films above it Prabhas’s Kalki 2898 AD with USD 18.57 million and Prabhas’s Baahubali 2- The Conclusion with USD 22 million. And the way Dhurandhar is steaming ahead- records of both these films could be in trouble. The film opened with a solid $522K on Day 1, followed by a strong weekend trend that saw collections jump to $852K on Day 2 and on Day 3 . But the actual turnaround happening in the second weekend where on Friday it collected USD 930K, Saturday it jumped to USD 1.4 million and on Sunday it collected USD 1.21 million.

On Day 25, the film added $446K to its collection , taking its cumulative North American total to $17.52 million, officially dethroningShah Rukh Khan’s comeback film Pathaan directed by Siddharth Anand and co-starring John Abraham and Deepika Padukone with a cameo appearance by Salman KHan. This milestone is particularly significant given the changing dynamics of overseas theatrical consumption, where sustaining momentum beyond the second weekend has become increasingly challenging.Parallelly, Dhurandhar has delivered an extraordinary performance in India as well. In just 27 days, the film has amassed a staggering Rs 723.02 crore, firmly placing it on the 5th spot of highest grossing films in India. One needs to note that the other four top films are from the south market and it was their Hindi language collection that catapulted them on the top pf the list, while Dhurandhar has only been released in Hindi. It’s second part which is slated to release on 19th March 2026 will be dubbed into southern languages to tap the market there.
