PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania (WPVI) — This husband-and-wife owned business is providing a community space alongside delicious wine.
Calandrino’s Old City Vino hosted a pasta making course today with Chef Ed Strojan.
“It’s a very fluid art. It takes practice, it takes time, takes patience. I hope…that little seed of knowledge that I can kind of imprint on someone and they’ll take that and replicate it at home,” said Strojan.
