If you love Charles Melton’s chiseled, perfectly symmetrical face, I have good news: The actor is reportedly passing along his genes. The Riverdale alum’s girlfriend, director and photographer Camille Summers-Valli, announced their pregnancy on Instagram Friday via a photo dump and the caption, “Making a lil family 🪺.” The carousel included images of Melton kissing her growing belly and lying on the floor (?) during a doctor’s appointment.
Melton and Summers-Valli have kept a pretty low profile, but it seems like they got together sometime around 2023 — Melton was linked to his Riverdale costar Camila Mendes from 2018 to 2021 and briefly dated Chase Sui Wonders in 2022 and Chloe Bennet the following year.
But I don’t need to know much about them — based on this Instagram post alone, this looks to be the beginning of an artsy family that would’ve fared very well on Tumblr in the early 2010s. Congrats to the happy couple!
