Hoobastank‘s 4x platinum 2001 hit single “The Reason” has been given an official overhaul by Steve Aoki and Sound Rush. Aoki had previously been peppering his live performances with clips of the track. However, this new version officially arrives as part of his “HiROQUEST 3: Paragon Remixed” project. Members of Hoobastank also appear in the below freshly debuted video for this EDM/hardstyle-oriented remix.
The song remains an enduring fan favorite for Hoobastank, with its music video having surpassed 1 billion plays on YouTube back in August of 2023.
