It’s no secret that Samsung is gearing up to bring a new AI feature called Now nudge in One UI 8.5. However, the company has not yet made the feature available in any of the rolled out beta builds for Galaxy S25 series users. Now, it has shown up in an internal build through the Tips app, offering a demo of how the feature works.

Now nudge spotted in One UI 8.5 internal build

Samsung is testing One UI 8.5 both publicly in the beta channel and internally. The latest public beta carries firmware version ZZA3, but the company has also prepared an internal test build ZZA7. @nirmalsri7 recently installed the internal build and found evidence of Now nudge in the Tips app. The app describes that Now nudge understands what’s on your screen and suggests useful actions and information.

Part of the Galaxy AI, Now nudge makes day-to-day smartphone tasks faster and more convenient. The feature analyzes what is on your screen and offers contextual suggestions to help you complete tasks quickly. As you can see in the demo video, when filling out a form, it can automatically suggest details like your name and email address. Likewise, if someone sends a message asking, “When are you available to meet today?” it can suggest available times so you can reply instantly.

In fact, an earlier report has already revealed most of the details about Now nudge. The feature focuses on three main functions: Recall Important Info, Fill Out Forms Easily, and Get Things Done Quickly. Speaking of the first function, it pulls relevant details from older chats, screenshots, and more to help you remember past activities. The second function reduces repetitive typing, while the third provides actionable suggestions.

As of now, Samsung has not confirmed Now nudge, but its presence in internal testing suggests the company could ship the feature with future One UI 8.5 beta updates. If not, we may see it directly in the final version of One UI 8.5, expected to debut with the upcoming Galaxy S26 series.
