Brogent Technologies is proud to unveil Flying Over Saudi, the Middle East’s largest flying theater attraction, officially opening on December 24, 2025, in Riyadh. The project marks a significant milestone for the region’s theme park and immersive entertainment industry, introducing a new benchmark for large-scale, premium flying theater experiences while reinforcing Riyadh’s position as a rapidly emerging destination for world-class attractions.

Flying Over Saudi combines advanced flight simulation technology with cinematic storytelling to deliver a premium, next-generation flying experience. Powered by Brogent’s flagship i-Ride flying theater system and the world’s first 8K projection system designed specifically for flying theaters, the attraction offers refined motion performance and heightened realism, setting a new standard for premium flying theater experiences. It accommodates up to 90 guests per ride cycle, balancing operational efficiency with consistently high ride quality.

The seven-minute original film takes guests on an aerial journey over Saudi Arabia’s most iconic natural and cultural landmarks, from majestic mountain ranges and vast deserts to stunning coastlines and the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Hegra. Guests are surrounded by a 26-meter domed screen, enhanced by synchronized motion seating and environmental effects including wind, mist, and scent, creating a fully immersive, multi-sensory flying experience.

“We are thrilled to collaborate with industry leader Brogent Technologies to launch the largest flying theater in the Middle East”, said Emad Aleisa, CEO of Takwenat. “Beyond its 8K visuals, the experience uses distinctive cinematography and multi-sensory storytelling to create a deep emotional connection to Saudi Arabia’s landscapes. Visitors can feel as if they are walking alongside pilgrims in Mecca, experiencing the atmosphere through sound, scent, and subtle motion, creating a truly memorable and emotionally engaging journey.”

“The opening of Flying Over Saudi reflects the growing demand for premium, technology-driven immersive attractions across the Middle East,” said Chih-Hung Ouyang, Chairman of Brogent Technologies. “This project demonstrates how flying theater platforms can blend advanced ride systems with cinematic storytelling, offering a landmark experience that connects culture, tourism, and entertainment across the region.”

The launch received strong support from senior Saudi officials, underscoring the Kingdom’s commitment under Vision 2030 to expand tourism, leisure, and cultural entertainment offerings. Building on this vision, Flying Over Saudi exemplifies Riyadh’s evolving role as a hub for innovative attraction development, using immersive technology as a powerful platform for destination storytelling. As the largest flying theater of its kind in the Middle East, the attraction highlights how scale and premium experience design can converge to redefine how audiences engage with culture, place, and tourism on a global stage.
