Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke during a 40-signature discussion in the Knesset about the “ongoing failure of the government in eliminating violence and crime,” and against the backdrop of record murder cases in the Arab society said: “I have a vision for the entire Negev – and we are implementing it systematically.” According to him, “Criminal organizations are terrorist organizations in every respect and we will wage a war of extermination against them. We will legislate a law that will define criminals as security offenders.”
