The Medical Merchandise quest can be one of the most complicated in all of ARC Raiders. Here’s how to complete it.
There aren’t many quests in ARC Raiders that ask you to go to multiple locations, but if you want to complete Medical Merchandise, you’ll need to do just that. In all, you’ll need at least three runs to finish the quest, but the reward is well worth it.
How to complete the Medical Merchandise quest in ARC Raiders

There are three steps to completing the Medical Merchandise quest:
Search two containers in the Departure Building exam rooms on Spaceport
Search three containers in the Hospital on Buried City
Search two containers in the medical room of Research and Administration on Dam Battlegrounds
You can complete each step in a single raid, but you don’t need to survive, and if you only finish part of a step, you can always come back.
Where to find medical rooms on Dam Battlegrounds

To reach the medical rooms at Research and Administration Dam, you need to go to the southwesternmost portion of the building.

There, you’ll find a door marked with a green medical cross symbol.

Inside, you can search the desk drawer and a med bag near one of the bed stalls. There are also potential med bag spawns in the locker rooms near the medical room, so be sure to search through those if you need an extra search.
Note that you don’t need to loot anything from the medical room containers, merely search them. So long as you get the quest progress message on the top left of your screen, you’re golden.
Where to find the exam rooms in the Departure Building on Spaceport

The Departure Building exam rooms are in the northeasternmost section of the building’s second floor.

You’ll know you’re in the right place as the main entrance to the exam rooms has a large medical cross outside of it.
There are multiple containers to loot in the exam rooms, so check for cabinets, drawers, and white medical shelving. You’ll find lots of goodies in these containers, whether you’re completing quest steps or not, so feel free to fill up your inventory and extract with the good stuff.

The third part of Medical Merchandise is to loot three containers in the Hospital on Buried City. You can be on any floor and search any lootable thing you can find, with the sole exception of any destroyed ARC husks. Cabinets, lockers, drawers, shelving — if it gives you Search experience, it counts toward the quest.
Once you’ve visited each map and searched the required number of containers, you can return to Speranza the easy way or the hard way, then visit Lance to complete Medical Merchandise.
