The one where Jennifer Aniston’s boyfriend spilled the tea.
Jim Curtis appeared on the “Today” show Monday, breaking down exactly how he and the “Friends” alum began dating.
“We were just introduced by friends,” the hypnotherapist, 50, said while promoting his upcoming book, “Book of Possibility.”
“That’s it. We found out that we had mutual friends and we started to just chat.”

Co-host Craig Melvin asked whether Joey or Ross — “Friends” characters — were the ones behind the matchup.
Curtis, joking that it was “all the ‘Friends’ stars,” then clarified that they “chatted for a long time” and “became close.”
“It took a long time,” he said — but stayed tight-lipped when asked exactly how long he and the actress have been an item.
“We just started to chat,” the hypnotherapist recalled on Monday.

“A long time,” Curtis told Melvin. “Months now, almost close to a year.”
When the journalist joked that he needed to stop putting Curtis “on the spot” because he was “kind of blushing,” Curtis confirmed, “OK, yeah. I sure am.”
He and Aniston, 56, were first spotted together last summer vacationing in Spain with her A-list pals.
Four months after their July 2025 getaway, the duo went Instagram-official.

He did, however, tell “Today” viewers Monday that they are coming up on one year together.
Aniston posted a black-and-white shot from Curtis’ 50th birthday party in November 2025, writing, “Happy birthday my love. Cherished ❤️.”
Curtis, for his part, shared similar snaps at the time and gushed, “If this is a dream I don’t want to wake up. ❤️.”
Later that same month, Aniston praised her “extraordinary” partner in an Elle interview, calling him “very special, very normal and very kind.”

The “Morning Show” star has been married twice before to actors Brad Pitt and Justin Theroux — and the latter gave Curtis his stamp of approval last year.
The “Leftovers” alum, who has moved on with pregnant wife Nicole Brydon Bloom, made headlines for “liking” Aniston and Curits’ Instagram hard-launch.
As for Curtis’ love life, he is divorced from Rachel Napolitano, with whom he welcomed a now-teenage son named Aidan.
