An investigating judge in France issued arrest warrants against two Tzav 9 activists holding French-Israeli citizenship, suspected of involvement in disrupting the delivery of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip during the war between Israel and Hamas. This was reported by the French newspaper Le Monde. According to the report, the investigation concerns suspected complicity in genocide and incitement to genocide. One of the suspects is attorney Nili Kupfer-Naouri, founder and chairwoman of the Israel Is Forever organization, who revealed in a video interview that an arrest warrant was issued against her. The second suspect is Rachel T., a spokesperson for Tzav 9. According to sources involved in the case, the arrest warrants were issued in the summer of 2025, but their existence only became known to the public recently.
