Tomer Aigas identified as officer who died in prison

Capt. Tomer Aigas has been named as the IDF intelligence officer who died under mysterious circumstances while in military prison following a Military Court of Appeals ruling announced on Saturday.

Aigas, who was originally from Haifa, was an intelligence officer in Unit 8200 of the IDF when he died in military prison in 2021.

The circumstances surrounding his death have not been made public.
