Police reported that three rioters were arrested at an ultra-Orthodox protest outside the police station in Ofakim. “Rioters are blocking the traffic artery, behaving violently and disrupting normal life in the area,” a statement said. The ultra-Orthodox are protesting after a yeshiva student wanted for draft evasion was transferred from the Ofakim police to the military police.
