Hiroshi Fujiwara revealed a first look at the fragment x Seiko Metronome Watch, which features two variants in black or white dials
The white version features red tempo and blue BPM markings, chrome indices, alongside fragment’s lightning bolt logo
Following Hiroshi Fujiwara’s initial teaser, a detailed first look at the confirmed Seiko Metronome Watch fragment Edition has emerged. Fujiwara shared an on-wrist shot of the white-dial model on his personal Instagram, while a black-dial variant was unveiled through QUIET, his digital YouTube magazine.
Housed in a sleek stainless steel case with a matte finish, the PA50-00B0 model remains technically faithful to the original Seiko Metronome SMW006A. The white fragment edition distinguishes itself through its musical tempo markings in red, while precise BPM markings are rendered in a vibrant blue — a stark contrast to the standard model’s black indicators. This version also features applied indices with a chrome-like finish and fragment’s signature double lightning bolt logo positioned in bright blue above 6 o’clock.
The black-dial version adopts a more classic monochromatic aesthetic, utilizing crisp white dial markings against its pitch-dark backdrop. On the YouTube video, a glimpse of the caseback reveals engravings that read “VA FRAGMENT METRONOME,” suggesting that the timepiece may be an exclusive release for V.A. Tokyo.
