Bill Stewart iHeartMedia Spokane TucsoniHeartMedia Spokane WA SVP/Programming Bill Stewart is relocating to Tucson AZ.

Stewart will oversee programming for all of iHeart’s eight brands in Tucson reporting to Southwest Area SVP/Programming Tony Manero.

Stewart has led iHeartMedia Spokane’s programming since July 2023. He previously had a 29 year run with the company in Anchorage AK where he was PD/morning host at CHR 101.3 KGOT from 1991 to 2015 and then at “KASH Country 107.5” KASH-FM from 2015 until 2020. In between, his stints with iHeart, Stewart also has a brief run as Director of Content for Townsquare Media Billings MT.

Stewart will continue to host mornings at AC “Magic 98.9” KYMG Anchorage and afternoons at Classic Rock 98.9 KKZX Spokane and maintain some programming duties in Spokane. He commented, “iHeartMedia’s Tucson stations play a powerful role in people’s daily lives. These stations are trusted voices in Southern Arizona. My focus is to continue to deliver great music and engaging local content that reflects the spirit of this community and gives listeners something they can rely on every day.”

Stewart succeeds Nick Bruns who exited in December.
